This 25 page Interactive eBook is a hands-on tool to be used by service providers and front-line workers dealing with the abuse of older women. It is intended to help you identify gaps, build your own resources, establish links within your community and develop products that will aide you in the prevention and treatment of the abuse of older women.

The guide introduces practices and tools, including interviewing techniques and the creation of safety plans, that will be of use in assessing and responding to individual cases of abuse. It features interactive forms that can be printed out to provide homecare workers important information to help the abused individual.
